This online, learning on demand Leadership and Management programme provides a globally recognised Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualification upon completion.
The course is flexible and allows students to complete at their own pace and convienence.
Upon purchase of the course you will be asked to complete registration details. Once these are returned you will be registered as a student with the ILM, allowing you to access their student website and resources, as well as being sent a direct link with unique password access to the online ILM Level 3 course programme.
Programme overview
The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management Skills has been designed to give aspiring or experienced Managers a solid foundation for their formal development in their role.
The Award is a concise qualification made up of two mandatory units.
In the first unit, ‘Understanding Leadership’, participants modules exploring:
- the role of the leader,
- the skills and behaviours of effective leadership,
- leadership styles and develop awareness of their own leadership impact
- personal branding.
In the second mandatory unit, ‘Leading and Motivating a team effectively’, participants explore modules covering:
- team dynamics,
- effective communication,
- the importance of feedback,
- motivational theories,
- performance management,
- dealing with conflict,
- change management
- time management.
Within the programme platform you will be able to raise questions, discuss learning and liaise with your tutor.
All tutors are qualified experienced CIPD professionals.
Once completed the online modules, you will be required to submit, via the system, an assignment per unit. Once successfully passed the assignments you will be award the ILM Certificate.
Your tutor will advise and guide you through the assignments.
